“The coach arrived on time, instructions to pick up point were specific and helpful. The tour guide Juan Carlos was helpful, friendly and very knowledgable. The tour itself was interesting with a beautiful cave and underground lake. Plenty of facilities there however not suitable for people who need assistance due to steps and some uneven footing.”

“The guide was amazing. The ride excellent and it was well organized - on time and relaxed. The buffet food is quite okay, the valley of 10,000 palm trees only has like 30 of them, lol. The camel ride was canceled due to rain, unfortunately. The Timanfaya park was absolutely stunning. A definitely recommended tour.”

“The trip was good but the boat was over-full, there was very little space to spread out at all. I thought I booked adults only and it was full of kids, so be careful to check that. The music was ridiculously loud and really affected my enjoyment of the experience. The food was lovely and the staff were all nice. I would probably do the excursion again ultimately, but at a different time of year (I’m in Lanzarote 5/6 times) and hope that there was more space; be aware there is no option to lie down and sunbathe, we were literally sitting shoulder to shoulder.
